I am a Level 4 Master Reiki Practitioner and Teacher, Shamangelic Healer, Shamanic Breathwork Facilitator, Trained Hypnotherapist, Neuroscience Geek, Tapping Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, Quantum Physics Geek and Manifestation Expert. I am EXTREMELY passionate about helping people release the root cause of what is keeping them stuck in their life in one or various areas, rewire the beliefs that are holding them back, and rewrite their mindset and belief patterns to step into the next level of success and abundance. In short, I helps people energetically align to manifest their dreams and deep souls desires.
Often working with people who are stuck in repeated patterns in their life, people struggling with addiction, people who want to take their business to the next level but feel “stuck”, and those wanting to manifest something in particular in their life but can’t seem to figure out what’s holding them back from bring this into 3D reality.
I realize that what works for one person to move past their blocks may not work for everyone. Thus, I tailer each session and package to meet the needs of the client and their intentions. Often times combining Shamanic Techniques, Reiki, Guided Visualization, Hypnosis, Tapping, Shamangelic Breathwork, Sound healing, NLP, Human Design, and other deep and ancient healing techniques and instruments all in one session - again, determined by the client’s needs.
As a highly intuitive channeller I use higher guidance and deep intuition to reveal to me what will best serve each client session.

In order to call in the life we desire we must release old belief patterns, traumas and stuck energy holding you back unconsciously.. Breathwork & Reiki allow you to get into your subconscious mind and release these viscerally through the body. This creates a liberation of energy and allows you to recalibrate your energy body and beliefs to thoughts in alignment with the life you want. Therefore drawing these experiences to you <3

Reiki allows your body to enter a deep state of relaxation in order for it to be able to heal itself. In today's society we're often in a state of fight or flight with high stress and cortisol levels. Our bodies can only heal once in a state of homeostasis. Reiki allows the body to enter that state so the healing can begin. It allows the stuck energy to start flowing in the body, bringing it to the surface so we can release what is no longer serving us.
Inspired by my own healing journey I learned to combine Reiki healing, Breathwork, NLP & conscious cognitive reprogramming to help people suffering from illness, anxiety and depression, chronic pain or stress, eating disorders - release past traumas and transcend stuck energy in the body to elevated and vital emotions and create the life they want �
I specialize in people overcome addictions as a result of trauma. By healing the trauma and helping you create a deep, unwavering sense of self love - you will be able to create a life you love and experience of life that you love. A journey to loving yourself and loving your life.
Having been through this journey myself I have a deep sense of compassion And understanding for the healing journey my clients are going through.
Any area you are stuck in your life you have an unhealed trauma pattern from your past.
Trauma leads to --> addiction to temporarily numb or soothe the pain
Trauma: any experience that you witness or absorb that has your nervous system light up on edge to warn you. When the pattern is not complete it's stored in the body and creates dis-ease.
Addiction: any behavior that provides a temporary relief but is harmful long term. This can be anything from drugs & alcohol .. to being a workaholic, shopaholic, sex-addict etc.
In order for us to heal the trauma we must bring the emotions to the surface, complete the emotional pattern creating a release and allowing us to be free from it.
